President
Maree Mehmet founder of Magnetic Modern Style based in Brisbane, is the Australian Chapter President of AICI for 2025-2027.
With a 20-year corporate background in technology and transformation, Maree brings a strategic, results-driven approach to personal style. She specialises in working with accomplished women who want their presence to match their capability, mixing colour analysis and body architecture principles with sensitivity, intuition and style psychology to create solutions for modern women.
Maree believes professional style guidance should be a normal, intelligent investment for every woman, not a luxury. As Chapter President, she is committed to raising the industry’s perception and expanding access to skilled image professionals.
VP Communications
Ailee Molloy is a Personal Colour and Style Consultant and founder of The Colourist, based on the Gold Coast. Ailee is VP Communications for our 2025-2027 Board.
Specialising in personalised colour analysis through the Absolute Colour System, Ailee works with women who want to feel more confident and at ease in both the way they feel and present themselves. Her approach blends technical colour expertise with practical, real-world styling guidance, creating greater clarity around what truly works for them and why.
Known for her warm and thoughtful approach, Ailee believes personal style should feel authentic rather than performative. As part of the AICI Australia Chapter and current board member, Ailee is passionate about continuing to raise awareness around the value and lasting benefits of professional styling, and the positive impact that can come from the confidence gained through truly understanding what works for you.
